Will It Be Safe?

We take the safety of our dogs and people very seriously, so we have a range of security measures built into our app.  

There will be a robust identification vetting service for all users before they’re registered, plus there will be a five-paw review and rating system so you can see what others have said. Users will also be able to report others for any abuse of the system.  

All registered users will also be asked to read through our guidelines which outlines the etiquette and expectations for finders and minders likes. Everyone must read through this step-by-step guide before using our app so we can be certain that there won’t be any misunderstandings.  

In addition to all of this, we also have a page of information about staying safe. This includes hints and tips, plus some resources we think might be useful. 

We understand how important your dog is to you, so it’s critical that our community is built to be safe and secure. We take your safety very seriously, and your dog’s safety too, so that you can have complete confidence in whichever sitter you choose as you travel.
