Air Bark’n’Bark Pty Limited respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors. Air Bark’n’Bark will, from time to time, receive and store personal information you enter onto our website and mobile App, provided to us directly or given to us in other forms
Air Bark’n’Bark mobile App requires you provide photo identification, such as a passport or drivers licence to ensure the verification process for registration is of the highest integrity. For registered users who live in a motorhome or caravan and have no fixed address, you will also be required to provide vehicle registration details in the event of an emergency.
Air Bark’n’Bark also requires you provide basic information such as your name, age, and experience with owning or caring for Pets for the profile page. We also require email address, phone number and address to enable us to send information, provide updates and process your verification.
In building your user profile, you may also provide information on your pet/sdog/s if applicable. We may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, when you provide information about your personal affairs, change your content or email preference, respond to surveys and/or promotions, provide financial or credit card information, or communicate with our customer support.
Your transaction data: customer ID, messages, date of first registration, activity on our website and App, access type (mobile/desktop), internal tracking code, date and time of access, browser type and version.
Additionally, we may also collect any other information you provide while interacting with us.
3. How we collect your personal information
Air Bark’n’Bark collects personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us electronically or in person, when you register as a user of Air Bark’n’Bark, when you develop your user profile, access our website or our mobile App and when we provide our services to you. 4. Use of your personal information.
Air Bark’n’Bark will use personal data provided by you in the development of your user profile for the purposes of making available your profile to other users of Air Bark’n’Bark. This will include a profile icon photo on a map using GPS location services to an approximated location or distance from any user viewing your profile, provided you have enabled GPS location services on your mobile device. Your exact location will not be shared – only an approximate distance to the viewer will be available.
Air Bark’n’Bark may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities available to you. We may use your personal information to improve our products and services and better understand your needs.
Air Bark’n’Bark may contact you by a variety of measures including, but not limited to telephone, email, SMS or mail.
All non-public data, other than user profile data, that you transmit to us, such as Personal ID, financial or credit card information will be treated in confidence. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy.
